Businesses serving the Edmond area may apply for membership if their business type is not filled. This prevents competition among members.
Members are Required to:
- Networking Meetings are Mandatory
- 2 absences are excused in a calendar year.
- Can invite another person to attend in your place so not to be marked absent.
- After Hours Event is not mandatory but Highly Recommended.
- Do at Least 3 of the following every month:
- Make a referral to another member
- Do business with another member
- Attend the After Hours event
- Bring a guest to an event
- Meet with another member during the month
- Serve on the board once every three years
- Sign a letter of intent
Steps to becoming a new member:
- Submit Application along with Letter of Intent.
- The Membership Director reviews the application for completeness and possible conflicts.
- The member who sponsors an applicant speaks to the other members about the applicant’s business and reasons for acceptance.
- The prospective member addresses the current members at a meeting about his business.
- 90% of the attending members must vote to approve the application.
Membership Fees:
Dues are $200 annually(calendar year), dues will be prorated if joining in the middle of the year. You will be billed when notified of acceptance into the club. For more information about membership applications, contact the club president.
Meeting location:
You are invited to attend one of our weekly club meetings, held 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on the First and Third Tuesday of each month at Dynasty Buffet located in the strip mall on the SW corner of 33rd St and Broadway in Edmond. The cost of the meal is not included in membership dues.
Members who actively attend the meetings have networking opportunities. We are able to generate more business leads if we understand the services offered by other members.
